No. 1 Field Office – Mowbray
Come for the red latte’s and stay for the kind people and chill atmosphere.
No. 2 Origin Coffee Roasting – De Waterkant
Some would say ‘hipster’ and I just call it cool vibes. It has a stem punk feel and good cups of joe.
No. 3 Hello Sailor – Observatory
This cute place is often a meeting spot of many Americans. It has great service and is next to many restaurants if you are feeling up for an adventure.
Honorable Mentions:
TriBakery – Claremont
It is in a mall, but I still like the quite set up. The coffee and breakfast is superb. You must try the french toast croissant, a-ma-zing!
Perfect Place – Wellington
If you are in wine country and need to start the day off right, try the perfect place! It is a cute ma and pop, knick knack shop with great coffee and food.
Tribe Coffee – Woodstock
Solid coffee, period.
Similar to the Starbucks chains:
Vida e Caffé – Many locations
Less sugary than Starbucks, which is good. It has your basics and some great tea and lemonade drinks, just in time for summer. My only problem with Vida is that Wi-Fi is limited to 50 MB per day.
Mugg & Bean – Many locations
Like you Starbucks, but less sugary and no thrills. Standard, good coffee.
